Productive Leader’s for Tomorrow’s Future

Young Men and Women For Change was founded in 2006 for the purpose of providing organized and instructional training for young people to help them transform their lives. We recognize that hundreds of bright males and females aren’t reaching their full potential because of unhealthy choices and lack of direction, support and discipline.

Mission Statement:
Our Mission is to educate and empower young people to become productive, responsible and law abiding citizens.

We strive to always operate with integrity, and ensure the fulfillment of our mission through structured behavioral modification programs and processes that involve input from the Board of Directors, Staff, Volunteers and Participants, as well as the communities we serve, and respect the diverse population of participants.

About our founder:

The founder was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio to a 14 year old mother. While he grew up in the inner city, he was able to overcome drugs and violence in his community, graduating high school as senior class president. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice with a background in Corporate Sales.

With a deep concern for helping young people reach their full potential, he formed Young Men and Women for Change in 2006, and has been featured on the nationally syndicated radio program The Michael Baisden Show, and various local Toledo, OH television programs.

To date, more than 1000 youth have been “Saved” by completing the Dose of Reality program.
